Can I get a refund?

For Advertisement Packages:

All sales are final, and no refunds will be issued for advertisement purchases unless a system error has occurred or we determine a refund is necessary. If you are unhappy with a purchase, contact us, and we will work with you to make it right. Refunds are issued on a case-by-case basis. If the purchased traffic has not yet been delivered, we can issue a refund upon request, and the traffic campaign will be suspended. However, if you have already received the traffic you purchased, we cannot offer a refund.

Even if you purchase our Advertising Assets (advertising space) and have not yet used them, you can sell them on the market. They are always in demand because we offer lifetime advertising with unlimited impressions and unlimited visitors.

For Membership Upgrades:

If you purchase a Membership, such as Feeder, The Club, or VIP, all upgrades are considered one-time purchases of our products and services.

  • Feeder: You will receive 1 advertising asset, which you can select once.
  • The Club: This bundle package includes 5 advertising assets.
  • VIP: This special account type offers a full refund if you do not earn anything from our website within 365 days. VIP members also receive free referrals from the site and access to many special features.
